Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Edit Field Names

When adding a new source field to your list of fields, Acumen, by default, adopts the same field name as that of the source. However, you can rename fields by editing the field name directly within the table.

The exception to this rule is the list of Acumen fields that are highlighted in bold type (ID, Description, Critical, Percent Complete, Start, Finish.

To rename an Acumen field, complete the following steps:

  1. Select the Fields tab.
  2. In the Deltek Acumen Fields column, highlight the field name or click anywhere on the field name for the field that you want to rename.

    You cannot rename a bold field name.

  3. Edit the field name by typing over the existing text or adding/removing text.
